Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of landscape therapy on improving psychological stress and sleep of convalescent staff in convalescent center.Methods:From January 2020 to December 2023,a total of 200 patients were selected from Ar-ea 1 of Guangzhou Special Service Recuperation Center of the Rocket Army,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 100 patients in each group.The control group received conventional convalescent intervention,and the observation group received conventional convalescent intervention combined with landscape therapy.The degree of anx-iety and depression,perceived stress level and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results:After interven-tion,SAS and SDS scores in both groups decreased compared with those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group decreased significantly compared with the control group(P＜0.05).After the implementation of landscape thera-py,the CPSS scores of both control group and observation group were lower than before treatment,and the scores of obser-vation group decreased significantly(P＜0.05).After the implementation of landscape therapy,the PSQI scores of pa-tients in the observation group and the control group were decreased compared with before treatment,and the score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,P＜0.05.Conclusion:Landscape therapy can reduce anxiety,depression and perceived stress and improve the quality of sleep.关键词
