Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of compound salvia miltiorrhiza dropping pills combined with Isosorbide Mononitrate on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods:the English databases such as"Coro-nary heart disease"、"Angina pectoris"、"Compound danshen dropping pills",and the Chinese databases such as chi-nanews.com、wanfang database、VIP Journal Resource Database were searched by computer,the2023period was from 1 January2019to31January 2019.Meta-analysis was conducted with Review manager5.3 software.Results:A total of 11 articles were collected,and random number table method was used as grouping method,and blind method and allocation concealment were not mentioned,the duration of angina pectoris was significantly shorter in the ob-servation group[MD=-1.89,95％CI(-2.48,-1.25),P＜0.001],and the number of sustained attacks was sig-nificantly less in the observation group[MD=-1.76,95％CI(-2.44,-1.09),P＜0.001].Conclusion:Com-pound Salvia Miltiorrhiza dropping pills combined with Isosorbide Mononitrate can effectively reduce the frequency and duration of angina pectoris in patients with coronary heart disease.关键词
