低温等离子手术治疗儿童腺样体肥大的疗效分析

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of low temperature plasma surgery on adenoidal hypertrophy in chil-dren.Methods:From November 2023 to March 2024,30 children with adenoidal hypertrophy were treated in Yunan People's Hospital Yunfu City Guangdong Province.All the children underwent low temperature plasma surgery,and the indexes of operation、recovery、symptoms and complications were analyzed.Results:The operation time of 30 children was 20-32 min,with an average of(25.03±4.12)min;The intraoperative blood loss was 6-13 ml,with an average of(9.37±2.25)ml;The hospitalization time was 2-5 d,with an average of(3.02±1.13)d;The time of nasal ventilation after operation was 2-4 days,with an average of(3.39±0.56)days.The wound healing time was 4-8 d,with an average of(5.62±1.20)d;The time to return to normal diet was 6-10 days,with an av-erage of(7.68±1.41)days.On the 1st、3rd and 5th day after operation,the VAS score decreased gradually,while the OSA-18 score decreased significantly and the SF-36 score increased significantly 6 months after operation(P＜0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in 30 children was 10.00％(3/30).Conclusion:Low-temper-ature plasma surgery for adenoidal hypertrophy in children has obvious curative effect、less trauma、less postopera-tive pain,quick recovery and low incidence of complications,which can improve the quality of life of children.关键词
