Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Xiaochaihu decoction combined with droperidol and melitracen(deanxit)in the treatment of elderly patients with depression.Methods:From January 2021 to December 2022,98 elderly patients with depression were randomly divided into control group(49 cases)and research group(49 ca-ses).The control group received basic treatment combined with Deanxit,and the research group was given Xi-aochaihu decoction on the basis of the control group.The degree of depression,sleep quality、coping style、clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After one week and two weeks of treatment,the scores of HAMD-17 and PSQI in the study group were lower than those in the control group,P＜0.05,while the scores of positive coping and negative coping in SCSQ were higher than those in the control group,P＜0.05.The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,P＜0.05.The inci-dence of adverse reactions between the two groups was compared,P＞0.05.Conclusion:Modified Xiaochaihu Decoc-tion combined with Deanxit can relieve the depressive symptoms of elderly patients with depression,improve their sleep quality and coping style,improve the treatment efficiency and have good safety.关键词
