Abstract
Objective:To explore the impact of cardiac rehabilitation exercise nursing based on health education path-way on cardiac function and prognosis in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods:Sixty patients with a-cute myocardial infarction admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from May 2021 to July 2022 were randomly divided into the reference group and the experimental group,with 30 ca-ses in each group.The reference group received routine clinical nursing,and the experimental group received cardiac rehabilitation exercise nursing based on health education path.The cardiac function、activities of daily living、the re-sults of 6-minute walking test and the incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the left ventricular end systolic diameter,left ventricular end diastolic diameter and ejection fraction in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group,while the MBI score and 6 MWT results were higher than those in the reference group,P<0.05.The incidence of adverse events in the experimental group(3.33%)was lower than that in the control group(20.00%),P<0.05.Conclusion:Exercise nursing of cardiac re-habilitation based on health education can improve the activities of daily living of patients with acute myocardial in-farction,strengthen their cardiac function,reduce adverse events and improve their exercise endurance and progno-sis.关键词
