The Impact of Different Blood Purification Nursing Models on the Purification Effect And Quality of Life of Uremic Patients
目的 探讨不同血液净化护理模式对尿毒症患者净化效果和生活质量的影响.方法 选取2023年1月至2023年12月在丰县人民医院血液净化中心接受治疗的100例尿毒症患者,按照护理模式分为对照组和观察组,各50例.对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受综合护理.比较两组血液净化效果和生活质量.结果 护理后,相比对照组,观察组BUN、磷、CRP和β2-MG水平均较低,SF-36各项目评分较高,P＜0.05.结论 综合护理有助于改善尿毒症患者的生化指标,提高血液净…查看全部>>
