The Impact of Different Blood Purification Nursing Models on the Purification Effect And Quality of Life of Uremic Patients
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of different blood purification nursing modes on the purification effect and quality of life of uremia patients.Methods:100 uremia patients who were treated in the blood purification center of Fengxian People's Hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were divided into control group and observation group according to the nursing mode,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing.The blood purification effect and quality of life were com-pared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,compared with the control group,the levels of BUN,phos-phorus、CRP and β2-MG in the observation group were lower,and the scores of SF-36 were higher,P＜0.05.Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing is helpful to improve the biochemical indexes of uremia patients,improve the effect of blood purification,and then improve their quality of daily life.关键词
