Abstract
Objective:To study the application effect of systematic nursing intervention in elderly hypertension nurs-ing.Methods:From February 2023 to February 2024,76 elderly patients with hypertension in Hefei Second People's Hospital were taken as the research object and randomly divided into the reference group and the observation group.38 cases in the reference group were given routine nursing,while 38 cases in the observation group were giv-en systematic nursing intervention.The blood pressure、self-management ability、nursing satisfaction and knowl-edge of hypertension were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were significantly lower,and the scores of self-management ability and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher,P＜0.05.The mastery rate of hypertension knowledge in the control group was 71.05％,and that in the observation group was 94.74％,with a comparison,P＜0.05.Conclusion:Applying systematic nursing intervention to elderly patients with hypertension can stabilize their blood pressure,improve their self-management ability and nursing satisfaction,and enhance their disease cog-nition.关键词
