Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the application value of nursing path in operating room in patients un-dergoing laparoscopic myomectomy.Methods:100 patients who underwent laparoscopic myomectomy in Nantong Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2020 to December 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing in the operating room,while the observation group was given path nursing in the operating room.The nursing quality、operation in-dex、nursing satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The nursing satisfac-tion score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,the nursing quality score was higher than that of the control group,and the op-eration index was better than that of the control group,P＜0.05.Conclusion:For patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy,nursing through operating room pathway can effectively improve nursing quality,improve surgical in-dicators,reduce postoperative complications,and obtain higher nursing satisfaction.关键词
