Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of family participation nursing mode in premature infants in neonatal inten-sive care unit(NICU).Methods:110 NICU premature infants admitted to Zhongda Hospital affiliated to Southeast University from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research object,and were randomly divided in-to observation group and control group,with 55 cases in each group.The observation group implemented family participation nursing mode,while the control group implemented routine nursing intervention.The growth and de-velopment index,hospital infection rate and nursing satisfaction of family members were compared between the two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction of family members in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,P＜0.05.After nursing,the growth and development indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group,P＜0.05.The infection rate in the observation group was lower than that in the con-trol group,P＜0.05.Conclusion:The application effect of family participation nursing mode in NICU premature in-fants is good,the nursing satisfaction of family members is improved,the growth and development of premature in-fants are improved two months after birth,and the nosocomial infection rate is reduced.关键词
