Abstract
Objective:To study and analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative compli-cations of patients with esophageal cancer(EC).Methods:From January 2021 to December 2023,0 patients with EC operation in Jinting Hospital of Sihong Branch were randomly divided into control group(35 cases with routine nursing)and intervention group(35 cases with comprehensive nursing intervention).Complications、postoperative recovery time、quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of complications in the intervention group was 2.86％,which was lower than that in the control group 17.14％,P＜0.05.The postoperative recovery time of the intervention group was shorter than that of the control group,P＜0.05.After nursing,the quality of life score and nursing satisfaction of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group,P＜0.05.Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention is effective in nursing patients undergoing EC surgery,which can reduce complications,improve quality of life and nursing satisfaction,and acceler-ate postoperative recovery.关键词
