Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of immediate psychological care combined with music therapy in the oper-ating room on restlessness and stress response during anesthesia recovery in patients undergoing lower abdominal surgery.Methods:From January 2022 to December 2022,80 patients with lower abdominal surgery in the operating room(Hongshan)of the Affiliated Hospital of Chifeng University were selected and divided into two groups ac-cording to the difference of nursing schemes,40 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received immediate psychological nursing combined with music therapy in the operating room.The negative emotions、satisfaction、stress response、restlessness score and the incidence of restlessness dur-ing awakening were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS,heart rate,systolic blood pressure and restlessness in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,P＜0.05.The incidence of restlessness in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,P＜0.05.Conclusion:Immediate psychological nursing in operating room combined with music therapy has definite application effect in clinical nursing of patients undergo-ing lower abdominal surgery,which can effectively reduce their bad mood,stress reaction and restlessness during re-covery,reduce the incidence of restlessness during recovery and improve their satisfaction.关键词
