Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application effect of venous blood sampling and peripheral blood sampling in routine blood examination.Methods:60 physical examination personnel from January 2023 to January 2024 in 95866 army health team were selected as the research object,and were divided into reference group and experimental group according to the routine blood examination method,with 30 cases in each group.The reference group was tested by peripheral blood sampling,while the experimental group was tested by venous blood sampling.The inde-xes、satisfaction and pain degree of routine blood tests were compared between the two groups.Results:The blood routine indexes of the two groups were compared immediately after blood collection、3 h after blood collection and 6 h after blood collection,P＜0.05.The satisfaction score of physical examination personnel in the reference group was lower than that in the experimental group,and the degree of pain was higher than that in the experimental group,P＜0.05.Conclusion:In routine blood test,the application effect of venous blood sampling method is obvious-ly better than that of peripheral blood sampling method,which can effectively improve the test level,increase the satisfaction of the examinees and reduce the degree of pain.关键词
