Abstract
This paper discusses the importance of digital change in enterprise human resource management based on the background of the current digital era,and puts forward the realization path of digital change in view of the impact of digitalization on human resource management system.By building a digital HR management system,introducing artificial intelligence and big data technology,promoting telecommuting and flexible work systems,establishing digital training and development systems and building digital performance management systems,enterprises can better cope with the challenges and opportunities of the digital era,improve the efficiency of human resource management and employee satisfaction,and lay a solid foundation for the long-term development of the enterprise.关键词
