Abstract
Objective:To analyze the value of combining multi-slice spiral CT and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in diagnosing the classification and prognosis of ankle fractures.Methods:From March 2021 to March 2024,57 patients with ankle fracture treated in Shuyang Renci Hospital were selected,and the results of surgical diagnosis were taken as the"gold standard"to evaluate the value of combined diagnosis of CT and MRI in ankle fracture clas-sification and prognosis judgment.Results:Kappa analysis showed that CT and MRI were generally consistent with the results of surgical diagnosis,but the combination of CT and MRI was better.Six months after operation,the de-tection rate of anatomical reduction of supination valgus(SER)fracture by MRI was higher than that by CT,P＜0.05.The detection rates of supination(SA),pronation eversion(PER),pronation abduction(PA)and vertical compression(Pilon)were compared by CT and MRI,P＞0.05.Conclusion:CT combined with MRI is of great value in the diagnosis of ankle fracture classification and fracture reduction.关键词
