Abstract

Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of CT-guided percutaneous biopsy in lung cancer.Methods:From July 2019 to April 2024,66 patients with suspected lung cancer admitted to Baoying County Hospital of Tra-ditional Chinese Medicine were selected,all of whom underwent CT-guided percutaneous lung biopsy.Taking postoperative pathological diagnosis as the gold standard,the success of puncture was analyzed,the diagnostic effica-cy of the scheme for lung cancer was evaluated,the differences of diagnostic accuracy of patients with different char-acteristics were compared,and the incidence of complications was counted.Results:The success rate of one puncture and total puncture in 66 patients were 95.45%and 100.00%respectively.The diagnostic accuracy、sensitivity、spe-cificity、positive predictive value and negative predictive value of CT-guided percutaneous lung biopsy for lung cancer are 95.45%、94.64%、100.00%、100.00%and 76.92%,which are in good agreement with the gold standard(Kappa=0.84).The diagnostic accuracy of lesions with a diameter greater than 2 cm was 100.00%,which was higher than that with a diameter less than 2 cm(82.35%),P<0.05.Complications of 66 patients included pneumo-thorax in 2 cases,hemorrhage in 1 case and hemoptysis in 1 case,with a total incidence of 6.06%.Conclusion:CT-guided percutaneous lung biopsy has high success rate,high diagnostic efficiency for lung cancer,especially lung cancer with a diameter of>2 cm,and low risk of complications.
