超声造影及彩色多普勒超声联合剪切波弹性成像检测对鼻咽癌患者放疗后颈动脉损伤的诊断价值
Value of Contrast-Enhanced Ultrasonography And Color Doppler Ultrasonography Combined with Shear-wave Elastography in Diagnosis of Carotid Artery Injury in Patients with Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma after Radiotherapy

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the diagnostic value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound combined with shear wave elastography in carotid artery injury of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients after radio-therapy.Methods:From January 2022 to December 2023,100 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma diagnosed by histopathological examination in Shaoguan Yuebei People's Hospital were selected.Among them,50 patients re-ceived radiotherapy as the observation group,and 50 patients newly diagnosed without radiotherapy as the control group.The parameters of contrast-enhanced ultrasound,color Doppler ultrasound and shear-wave elastography were compared between the two groups,and the clinical value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound combined with shear-wave elastography in the diagnosis of carotid artery injury in nasopharyngeal car-cinoma patients after radiotherapy was analyzed by receiver working curve(ROC).Results:The carotid intima-media thickness,resistance index and stenosis degree in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,P＜0.05.The end-diastolic velocity and peak systolic velocity of carotid artery in observation group were lower than those in control group,P＜0.05.The maximum、minimum and average values of Young's modulus in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,P＜0.05.The sensitivity and specificity of color Doppler ultrasound,shear wave elastography,contrast-enhanced ultrasound and their combination in the diagnosis of carotid artery injury in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients after radiotherapy were higher than those of single ap-plication,P＜0.05.Conclusion:Contrast-enhanced ultrasound,color Doppler ultrasound and shear wave elastogra-phy are more effective in the diagnosis of carotid artery injury in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radio-therapy than single application.关键词
