盆底治疗仪联合阴道内中药治疗对慢性盆腔炎患者疗效的影响
Effect of Pelvic Floor Therapy Instrument Combined with Intravaginal Chinese Medicine on Patients with Chronic Pelvic Inflammation

Abstract
Objective:To Objective to explore the effect of pelvic floor therapeutic instrument combined with vaginal traditional Chinese medicine on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:Sixty patients with chronic pelvic in-flammatory disease admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Hangzhou from April 2022 to April 2024 were ran-domly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with pelvic floor therapeutic instrument combined with traditional Chinese medicine in vagina,while the con-trol group was treated with pelvic floor therapeutic instrument combined with traditional Chinese medicine enema.The prognosis of the two groups was compared.Results:before treatment,the VAS scores of lower abdominal pain and lumbosacral pain in the two groups were compared,P＞0.05;After treatment,compared with the control group,the VAS scores of lower abdominal pain and lumbosacral pain in the observation group were lower,P＜0.05.Comparison of the depth of pelvic effusion between the two groups before treatment,P＞0.05;After treat-ment,compared with the control group,the depth of pelvic effusion in the observation group was significantly low-er,P＜0.05.Conclusion:Pelvic floor therapeutic instrument combined with vaginal Chinese medicine can significant-ly improve the symptoms of lower abdominal pain and lumbosacral pain in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,and reduce the depth of pelvic effusion.关键词
