Abstract
Objective:To study the application effect of wearable penile erection monitor in penile erection detection.Methods:Fifty-six patients with erectile dysfunction(ED)admitted to the urology department of the Third Affilia-ted Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2023 to December 2023 were monitored by wearable penile e-rection monitor,and the international erectile function index questionnaire-5(IIEF-5)was conducted before mo-nitoring,and the monitoring results were analyzed.Results:Among 56 patients,there were 35 cases of psychological ED.There were 21 cases of organic ED,including 8 cases of mild,8 cases of moderate and 5 cases of severe.The monitoring results are basically consistent with the survey results of IIEF-5.Conclusion:The wearable penile erec-tion monitor is effective in the detection of penile erection,which can continuously monitor and record the frequen-cy,duration and hardness of penile erection,provide accurate and reliable data,and help to diagnose and evaluate male ED.The wearable monitor has the advantages of non-invasive,easy to use and continuous monitoring for a long time,which significantly improves the compliance and comfort of patients.The real-time data transmission function of the device enables doctors to know the patient's condition more timely and adjust the treatment plan.关键词
