红光治疗仪局部照射结合结构化护理对新生儿尿布皮炎患儿局部症状及皮肤情况的影响
Effect of Local Irradiation with Red Light Therapy Combined with Structured Nursing on Local Symptoms And Skin Condition of Neonatal Diaper Dermatitis

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of local irradiation with red light therapeutic instrument combined with structure-d nursing on local symptoms and skin condition of neonatal diaper dermatitis.Methods:From January 2023 to March 2024,90 children with diaper dermatitis were selected from the Department of Pediatric Critical Care Medicine of Hangzhou Chil-dren's Hospital,and all of them were treated by local irradiation with red light therapeutic apparatus.They were divided in-to groups according to the nursing methods,with 45 cases each.Routine nursing is the control group,and structured nurs-ing is the observation group.Rehabilitation of local symptoms,skin condition and family satisfaction were compared be-tween the two groups.Results:The recovery time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,P＜0.05;After nursing,the symptom scores of the observation group were lower than that of the control group,P＜0.05;the comparison of family satisfaction,93.33％,7 higher than 73.33％of the control group,P＜0.05.Conclusion:Local irradia-tion with red light therapeutic instrument combined with structured nursing is effective in treating neonatal diaper dermati-tis,which can promote the effective healing of children's dermatitis,improve skin condition,accelerate their rehabilitation,and thus improve the satisfaction of their families.关键词
