摘要

Abstract

Objective:To analyze the effect of local irradiation with red light therapeutic instrument combined with structure-d nursing on local symptoms and skin condition of neonatal diaper dermatitis.Methods:From January 2023 to March 2024,90 children with diaper dermatitis were selected from the Department of Pediatric Critical Care Medicine of Hangzhou Chil-dren's Hospital,and all of them were treated by local irradiation with red light therapeutic apparatus.They were divided in-to groups according to the nursing methods,with 45 cases each.Routine nursing is the control group,and structured nurs-ing is the observation group.Rehabilitation of local symptoms,skin condition and family satisfaction were compared be-tween the two groups.Results:The recovery time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,P<0.05;After nursing,the symptom scores of the observation group were lower than that of the control group,P<0.05;the comparison of family satisfaction,93.33%,7 higher than 73.33%of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Local irradia-tion with red light therapeutic instrument combined with structured nursing is effective in treating neonatal diaper dermati-tis,which can promote the effective healing of children's dermatitis,improve skin condition,accelerate their rehabilitation,and thus improve the satisfaction of their families.
