摘要

Abstract

With the rapid development of water conservancy engineering construction in China,TBM construction technology is increasingly being used in water conservancy tunnel engineering.Due to the complex geological conditions of the tunnel,the selection and applicability of TBM before construction are crucial.Based on the geological conditions of the ultra hard rock fracture fault zone in the double shield TBM tunnel of the Hanjiang,Rongjiang,and Lianjiang water systems connection optimization project,this article provides targeted design for the double shield TBM cutterhead system,main drive system,shield body system,propulsion system,etc.It can adapt to the excavation of ultra hard rock fractured fault zones in engineering,and successfully completed the tunnel excavation task during the implementation process.The monthly average progress reached 450 m,achieving efficient excavation.
