摘要

Abstract

This paper summarizes and discusses the graded control tensioning technology of shield tunnel ring anchor slow bonding steel strand.Through actual tensioning data verification,the graded tensioning forces at all levels have reached the design tensioning force values,and the actual elongation values of each bundle of steel strands meet the calculated theoretical elongation values.The actual elongation values are within±6%range.According to this tensioning technique,the concrete did not show cracks and the steel strands did not break after the tensioning of the ring anchor bonded steel strands,meeting the design and specification requirements.It greatly reduces construction cost investment,improves construction efficiency and quality in terms of process methods,tensioning techniques,and construction efficiency.
