Abstract
As a concentrated reflection of the technical level and capability of engineering construction enterprises,the development,implementation,and summary of construction methods require dynamic control to standardize and mature the technical level of enterprises.In order to do a good job in construction method management,combined with the unique business management mode of engineering construction enterprises,this article proposes the idea of method development,and organizes the relevant work of method selection,preparation,application,promotion and application.It clarifies that construction methods are not only a showcase of the construction technology capabilities of engineering construction enterprises,but also a cornerstone for promoting enterprise leadership in industry development.关键词
