云南省某引水工程PCCP管道失压情况调查及对策研究
Investigation and Countermeasure Study on Pressure Loss of PCCP Pipeline in a Water Diversion Project in Yunnan Province

Abstract
Through investigation and countermeasure research on the pressure loss situation of PCCP pipeline in a certain water diversion project in Yunnan Province,it was found that the main reasons for the pressure loss rate of PCCP pipeline include pipeline deviation,excessive clearance between socket and socket,non-standard installation of rubber strips,and damage to rubber strips.Among them,pipeline displacement caused by uneven settlement is the main control factor for pipeline pressure loss during construction.By analyzing the 8 end factors that cause uneven settlement one by one,the main causes of pipeline displacement were finally determined and targeted treatment plans were proposed,effectively reducing the occurrence of pipeline pressure loss.The implementation effect shows that the pressure loss rate decreased to 0.5%after the implementation of the plan,achieving good construction results.关键词
