摘要

Abstract

River management is of great significance in ensuring the safety of river floods and restoring the ecological environment benefits of water.In response to the problems of low flood control standards,collapsed soil slopes on both sides of the Cheba River,and river siltation in the Guanhe Township section,combined with the requirements of beautiful rural water ecological civilization construction,this article designs and optimizes an ecological governance plan that combines gabion stone cage retaining wall type ecological flood control embankment with the construction of a closed flood control system upstream and downstream,and the dredging and dredging of the entire river section.The results show that after treatment,the flood control standards and discharge capacity of the river section have been comprehensively improved,the water ecological landscape environment has been improved,and the overall structure of the river embankment is safe and stable.
