Th17/Treg细胞与高血压相关性的研究现状
Research status of the relationship between Th17/Treg cells and hypertension
摘要
Abstract
Hypertension is a common chronic disease,and its incidence is increasing year by year worldwide.Its pathological mechanism is complex,involving genetics,environment,lifestyle and other factors.In recent years,the role of immune-inflammatory mechanism in the pathogenesis of hypertension has gradually attracted attention.Especially T helper cell 17(Th17)and regulatory T cells(Treg),as important components of the immune system,the effect of their balance on hypertension has become a research hotspot.This article reviews the research progress of the correlation between Th17/Treg and hypertension,in order to provide new ideas and methods for the immunotherapy and prevention of hypertension.关键词
