在职业教育由高速增长转向高质量发展的关键阶段,人工智能技术迅速地进入生产领域和职业教育场域,赋能职业教育在学生个体、学校群体与区域社会三个向度上实现从量到质的提升与突破.但技术的工具性特征、学生的主体性缺失、功能的功利性取向等传统价值困境仍是职业教育高质量发展必须突破的难题.通过澄清人工智能赋能职业教育的价值意蕴,认识人工智能与人的主体性发展间的共生关系,进而彰显职业教育类型特征与提升人才培养质量.基于价值反思寻找实践突破,从"生存、发展与创新"维度,聚焦类型特征、多元需求与主体自主,构建出人工智能赋能职业教育高质量发展的三重实践样态.

At the critical stage where vocational education shifts from rapid growth to high-quality development,artificial intelligence technology swiftly enters the production field and the vocational education domain,empowering vocational education to achieve a qualitative leap and breakthrough in three dimensions:individual students,school groups,and regional society.However,traditional value dilemmas such as the instrumentality of technology,the lack of student subjectivity,and the utilitarian orientation of functions remain tough challenges that must be overcome for the high-quality development of vocational education.By clarifying the value implications of artificial intelligence in empowering vocational education and recognizing the symbiotic relationship between artificial intelligence and the development of human subjectivity,the typological characteristics of vocational education can be highlighted,and the quality of talent cultivation can be enhanced.Based on value reflection,practical breakthroughs can be sought from the dimensions of"survival,development,and innovation",focusing on typological characteristics,diverse needs,and autonomous subjects,to construct a triple practical pattern for the high-quality development of vocational education empowered by artificial intelligence.
