数字工匠为数字中国建设提供了重要人才支撑.为应对数字工匠供给滞后于产业需求、职业教育人才培养模式同质化以及"三教改革"不同步等现象,政府、企业、职业院校和教师应积极找回在人才培养中缺失的角色,以疏远性伴随者、干预性伴随者和响应性伴随者的身份,开展"理性研究—理性实践—反思性实践",让数字工匠培养从以谋求"量"的增长到注重"质"的提升转变,回归面向"职业性"的属性.通过实施优化数字工匠培养机制,构建"数字匠心—数字技能"体系,创新"教学课堂+工作课堂+云端课堂"育人模式,引入学习行为变化态势感知系统等教育策略,可以将学生培养成为适应数字化转型升级的数字工匠和服务数字中国建设的数字化人才.

Digital artisans provide important talents support for the construction of"Digital China".In order to cope with the reality that the supply of digital artisan talents is lagging behind the industrial demand,as well as the phenomena of homogenization of vocational education talents cultivation mode and asynchrony of the"three-education reform".The government,enterprises,vocational colleges and teachers should actively retrieve their missing roles in talent cultivation,and carry out"rational research-rational practice-reflective practice"in the capacity of distant accompaniment,intervention accompaniment and responsive accompaniment,so that the cultivation of digital artisan talents can be transformed from seeking"quantitative"growth to focusing on"qualitative"enhancement,and return to the attribute of being oriented to"vocationality".Through the implementation of optimizing the training mechanism of digital artisan talents,constructing the system of"digital craftsmanship+digital skills",innovating the education mode of"teaching classroom+working classroom+cloud classroom",and introducing educational strategies such as the situational awareness system for changes in learning behaviors,the students will be cultivated to become digital artisans adapted to the digital transformation and upgrading,as well as digital talents who can serve in the construction of"digital China".
