数字中国建设背景下我国职业教育数字工匠培养研究
Research on the Cultivation of Digital Artisan Talents of Vocational Education under the Context of"Digital China"Construction
摘要
Abstract
Digital artisans provide important talents support for the construction of"Digital China".In order to cope with the reality that the supply of digital artisan talents is lagging behind the industrial demand,as well as the phenomena of homogenization of vocational education talents cultivation mode and asynchrony of the"three-education reform".The government,enterprises,vocational colleges and teachers should actively retrieve their missing roles in talent cultivation,and carry out"rational research-rational practice-reflective practice"in the capacity of distant accompaniment,intervention accompaniment and responsive accompaniment,so that the cultivation of digital artisan talents can be transformed from seeking"quantitative"growth to focusing on"qualitative"enhancement,and return to the attribute of being oriented to"vocationality".Through the implementation of optimizing the training mechanism of digital artisan talents,constructing the system of"digital craftsmanship+digital skills",innovating the education mode of"teaching classroom+working classroom+cloud classroom",and introducing educational strategies such as the situational awareness system for changes in learning behaviors,the students will be cultivated to become digital artisans adapted to the digital transformation and upgrading,as well as digital talents who can serve in the construction of"digital China".关键词
