Abstract
Yellow River culture is an important part of Chinese civilization,and is the soul and source of the Chinese nation.In order to jointly carry out the protection and management of the Yellow River,carry forward the protection of culture of the Yellow River,and make it a happy river for the benefit of the people,the water culture of the Yellow River should be integrated into all stages of the construction of the hydraulic engineering,including the planning,design and construction,to achieve simultaneous design,construction and operation of the hydraulic engineering.The culture of the Yellow River should be carried forward,while the management of the Yellow River is carried out,to write down the historical context,strengthen the cultural confidence,and gather the spiritual strength to realize the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.关键词
