Abstract
Farmland water conservancy projects play a prominent role in the improvement of rural living environment,promotion of agricultural economic development,and prevention of water disasters,so it is necessary to enhance the quality management of farmland water conservancy projects.Based on the specific circumstances of the small scale farmland water conservancy project in Qiangaozhuang Village,Dazhaoying town,Xinxiang County,this paper analyzes the quality management in the project construction and operation.The results show that in the quality management of farmland water conservancy projects,it is necessary to fully understand the project overview,control the key factors that affect project quality management(human factors,mechanical equipment factors,material factors,process factors,and environmental factors).On this basis,the quality management system of farmland water conservancy projects should be clarified,the quality control of the project construction should be strengthened,and the operation and management of they project should be optimized,so that the quality management of farmland water conservancy projects in construction and operation could be improved.关键词
