Abstract
With the progress of the times and the development of society,water conservancy institutions are playing an increasingly important role in the national economy and social development.As one of the core tasks of water conservancy institutions,some problems still exist in human resources management,and corresponding measures should be taken for improvement.Therefore,it is necessary to make an in-depth analysis of the current situation of human resources management in water conservancy institutions,and propose corresponding countermeasures to promote the healthy development of human resources management.关键词
