Abstract

Compare and analyze the effects of adding 2 different concentrations of camphor tree leaf homo-genate substrates to rice culture medium on the triterpenoid content and antioxidant activity of Antrodia cinnamo-mea,select the most suitable culture conditions,and provide reference for the artificial cultivation of A.cinnamo-mea and the development and utilization.Using rice culture medium as a control treatment(CK),a total of 6 con-centrations of 0(CK),0.5,1,2,3,and 4 g of Cinnamomum kanehirai and Cinnamomum camphora leaf homogen-ate matrices were added.The growth characteristics and triterpene contcentration of A.cinnamomea mycelia were measured under the 6 different treatments,and their free radical scavenging and total reducing abilities against 1,1-diphenyl-2-trinitrylhydrazine(DPPH)were compared to evaluate the antioxidant activity of A.cinnamomea.The results showed that adding different concentrations of C.kanehirai and C.camphora leaf homogenate matrix significantly improved the growth and biological activity of A.cinnamomea,and each treatment completed peak growth from 9 to 27 days.After comprehensive evaluation of growth characteristics factors,added 3 g of C.cam-phora substrate to rice culture medium significantly promoted the growth of A.cinnamomea,which was 4 times higher than the CK,which was the optimal treatment to promote the growth of A.cinnamomea;addition 1 g of C.kanehirai matrix significantly increased the triterpene contcentration,DPPH scavenging ability,and total reduc-tion ability of A.cinnamomea,which were 5.2,15.8,and 23 times higher than the CK,respectively.This is the op-timal treatment for improving the triterpenoid content and antioxidant activity of A.cinnamomea.
