The Digital Theoretical Framework of National Park Construction Based on the Perspective of Public Value Creation

Abstract
Digital construction is an important approach to realizing the modernization of national parks,but few studies have interpreted the theory and practice of digitally enabling national park construction from the per-spective of public value creation.Based on the perspective of public value creation theory,this paper examines and proposes the strategic element framework of'value establishment－value co-creation－value release'to offer theoretical backing for the development and execution of policies pertaining to digital construction in national parks,which constructs the value establishment dimension of enhancing the digitalization level of national park construction,the value co-creation dimension of providing policy,organization,technology and other security resources,and the val-ue release dimension of enhancing the availability and operational capacity of digital resources.By identifying the framework model feature of'forward and backward',this paper summarizes multiplier effects of the frame model to control the potential risks of digital construction,which accelerates the process of national park theoretically.关键词
