针对传统400 Hz中频电源存在的拓扑结构复杂、体积大等不足,提出采用 Buck-Boost 矩阵变换器(Buck-Boost matrix converter,BBMC)作为其功率变换电路并提出相应的控制与参数优化方法.首先,介绍了BBMC拓扑结构及其基本工作原理,建立了BBMC的数学模型.然后,结合400 Hz中频电源的控制要求提出一种基于准比例谐振控制的双闭环控制策略并对其具体设计方法进行了深入研究.接着,采用樽海鞘群算法对其控制参数进行了优化.最后,对其控制效果进行了仿真和实验验证,同时与传统基于重复控制的复合控制策略进行了对比分析.实验结果表明:将BBMC应用于400 Hz中频电源不仅有效地减小了其电源装置的体积和重量,而且所提出的控制与参数优化方法相较于传统基于重复控制的复合控制方法具有更好的稳态和动态性能,因而具有较好的应用价值.

To overcome the shortcomings of conventional 400 Hz intermediate-frequency power supplies,such as complex topology structures and large volumes,we use a Buck-Boost matrix converter(BBMC)as its power conversion circuit and propose its corresponding control and parameter opti-mization methods.First,we introduce the topological structure and basic working principle of BBMC and establish a mathematical model of the BBMC.Second,combined with the control re-quirements of a 400 Hz intermediate-frequency power supply,we propose a double closed-loop control strategy based on quasi-proportional-resonance control and thoroughly study its specific design method.Third,we propose a salp swarm algorithm to optimize its control parameters.Finally,the control effect of the proposed method is simulated and verified experimentally,and the proposed method is compared with a conventional compound control strategy based on repetitive control.Ex-perimental results show that the application of BBMC to a 400 Hz intermediate-frequency power supply effectively reduces the volume and weight of the power supply device.Moreover,the pro-posed control and parameter optimization method has better steady-state and dynamic performance than the conventional compound control method based on repetitive control;therefore,it has better application value.
