Metabolic bone diseases and nutritional metabolic support
摘要
Abstract
Metabolic bone diseases are characterized by atyp-ical early onset complex clinical manifestations in the middle and late stages.The patients usually present with growth disorders,osteoarthropathy and skeletal deformities.Some patients have multiple organ damage with high disability and mortality.Early identification,correct diagnosis,rational treatment,and health management are important to improve the outcome of the patients with metabolic bone diseases.Nutritional and metabolic support is the key strategy for the prevention and treatment of metabolic bone diseases.Due to congenital and acquired defects,patients with metabolic bone diseases need individualized calcium,phosphorus,vitamin D,collagen and hormone support.Regular diet cannot meet the needs of patients,and special nutritional metabolic support is required for the treatment.The article will summarize and elaborate around the nutritional metabolic support of common metabolic bone diseases from their clinical manifestations and current research status.关键词
