从临床救治再谈产科重症监护病房建设
Discuss the construction of obstetric intensive care unit from the perspective of clinical treat-ment
摘要
Abstract
Maternal mortality has declined signifi-cantly,but the rate of decline has slowed significantly in recent years.Strengthening the construction of ob-stetric intensive care units,creating an effective early warning scoring system,screening and intervention of patients at risk of clinical decompensation early,are the basic strategies to reduce maternal morbidity and mortality.These are also a basic strategy to achieve the goals of Women's Development in China(2021-2030).Obstetric intensive care unit has a strong monitoring and treatment capacity,but as the condition of obstetric patients becomes more and more complex,its management should be seamless,and personalized MDT diagnosis and treatment plan,delivery plan and ICU hospitalization plan should be further established for individual cases to further improve the success rate of treatment of critical obstetric patients.关键词
