从临床救治再谈产科重症监护病房建设OA北大核心CSTPCD

近年来,孕产妇死亡率下降速度明显趋缓.加强产科重症监护病房(ICU)建设、创建有效早期预警评分系统、及早筛选有临床失代偿危险的患者、及早干预,是降低孕产妇发病率和死亡率、实现《中国妇女发展纲要(2021-2030年)》目标的基本战略.产科ICU拥有强大的监护和救治能力,但随着产科患者病情越来越复杂,其管理应该是无缝的,应进一步针对个别病例组建个性化多学科诊疗团队(MDT),制订分娩计划以及ICU住院计划,进一步提高产科危重患者救治的成功率.
Maternal mortality has declined signifi-cantly,but the rate of decline has slowed significantly in recent years.Strengthening the construction of ob-stetric intensive care units,creating an effective early warning scoring system,screening and intervention of patients at risk of clinical decompensation early,are the basic strategies to reduce maternal morbidity and mortality.These are also a basic strategy to achieve the goals of Women's Development in China(…查看全部>>
