康妇消炎栓治疗子宫内膜异位症临床效果观察
Clinical effect observation of Kangfu Xiaoyan suppository in the treatment of endometriosis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Kangfu Xiaoyan suppository in patients with endometriosis.Methods From March 2022 to September 2023,60 patients who were treated in the gynecological clinic of Tengzhou Central People's Hospital were selected.According to different treatment options,the patients were divided into two groups.The experimental group was treated with Kangfu Xiaoyan suppository and Yasmin for 3 months,and the control group was treated with Yasmin for 3 months.The distribution of dysmenorrhea score,the shortening of dysmenorrhea du-ration and the reduction of ovarian endometriosis cyst were observed in the two groups after treatment,and the side ef-fects caused by the two groups were observed.The results were statistically analyzed to evaluate the clinical effects of the two groups.Results After treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score of dysmenorrhea and the duration of dys-menorrhea in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the diameter of ovarian cysts was significantly reduced,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Among them,the VAS score of dysmenor-rhea in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05);the duration of dysmen-orrhea in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The diameter of ovarian cysts in both groups was significantly smaller than that before treatment.The diameter of ovarian cysts in the ex-perimental group was significantly smaller than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically signifi-cant(P＞0.05).During the treatment,the incidence of abnormal liver function,breast tenderness,nausea and irregular vaginal bleeding was similar in the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation Kangfu Xiaoyan suppository combined with Yasmin has a good effect in the treatment of endometriosis,which can effectively improve the degree of dysmenorrhea and shorten the time of dysmenorrhea.关键词
