An Analysis of Acupuncture Analgesic Mechanism in Irritable Bowel Syndrome Based on Visceral Hypersensitivity
摘要
Abstract
Clinical findings show that patients with irritable bowel syndrome(IBS)are commonly accompanied by abdominal discomfort symptoms such as abdominal pain and diarrhea,and recurrent abdominal pain not only reduces the quality of life of patients,but also increases the burden of medical resources.Visceral hypersensitivity(VH)is one of the core pathomechanisms of IBS and is the main cause of abdominal pain symptoms in IBS.Numerous studies have shown that acupuncture has outstanding efficacy in the treatment of IBS,and acupuncture may alleviate patients'ab-dominal pain and other uncomfortable symptoms by inhibiting VH,which is of high clinical value.However,how acupuncture regulates VH to achieve its analgesic effect in the treatment of IBS has yet to be thoroughly explored.Therefore,this paper will focus on the core factor of VH,sum-marize the current relevant factors that cause VH,and explore the analgesic mechanism of VH inhibition by acupuncture from the aspects of brain-gut axis,relevant receptors,intestinal flora and emotional factors.关键词
