不同张力肌内效贴贴扎对慢性非特异性下腰痛患者疼痛及本体感觉的影响
Different Tension Kinesiology Taping on Pain and Proprioception in Patients with Chronic Nonspecific Low Back Pain

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of different tension kinesiology taping(KT)on pain and proprioception in patients with chronic non-specific low back pain.Methods:25 patients were recruited in Shandong First Medical University to assess pain and proprioception under five condi-tions:no intervention,sports tape,10%tension KT,30%tension KT and 50%tension KT,using visual analogue scores and the Biodex Systems type 4 isokinetic strength system.Torso proprioception is expressed by the absolute error between the reproduction angle and the target angle.Repeated measurement ANOVA was used for data processing,and LSD test was used for post-hoc testing.Results:Compared with no intervention and the sports tape,10%,30%and 50%tension KT can significantly relieve pain(P<0.05)and reduce the absolute error of 30°of active trunk flexion(P<0.05)and posterior extension(P<0.05)in patients with chronic non-specific low back pain;compared with 10%tension KT,30%and 50%tension KT can significantly relieve pain(P<0.05)and reduce the absolute error of 30°active trunk extension(P<0.05)in patients with chronic non-specific low back pain;compared with 10%tension KT,the absolute error of 30°active trunk flexion during 30%tension KT was significantly reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion:Kinesiology taping with moderate tension or above probably can better relieve pain and improve proprioception in patients with chronic nonspecific low back pain.关键词
