Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Tongyang Kuanxiong Granule on thromboelastogram(TEG)in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI),and to provide an objective theoretical basis for the clinical application.Methods:From Janu-ary 2020 to December 2023,inpatients who met the inclusion exclusion criteria in Guangdong Second Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to whether they took Tongyang Kuanxiong Granule or not.Statistical meth-ods were used to compare the thrombus elasticity index R value and MA value before and after treatment in both groups,occurrences of bleeding events in both groups were recorded and subjected to statistical analysis.Results:A total of 190 patients with ACS were enrolled,including 83 in the control group and 107 in the observation group.The difference in ΔR values before and after treatment in the observation group compared to the con-trol group was statistically significant(P=0.007<0.05);similarly,the difference in ΔMA values before and after treatment in the observation group compared to the control group was statistically significant(P=0.019<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the occurrence of bleeding events between the observation and control groups(P>0.05).After constructing a multifactor Logistic regression model for multivariate analysis,it was found that a higher post-treatment R value was associated with a higher risk of bleeding events,with statistically significant differences(OR=1.410,95%CI 1.044～1.902,P=0.025<0.05).Conclusion:Tongyang Kuanxiong Granules have shown certain efficacy in the treatment of patients with ACS following PCI.They can significantly improve the TEG R value and MA value without increasing the risk of postoperative bleeding.The R value of TEG may be an effective predictive indicator of bleeding risk in ACS patients after PCI.关键词
