Abstract
Ventricular remodeling post-acute myocardial infarction(AMI)is a significant contributor to heart failure,adversely affecting patient out-comes.The gut microbiota and its metabolites have the potential to modulate distal target organs through hormonal signaling pathways upon entering the systemic circulation.This article examines the impact of gut microbiota and its metabolites on post-AMI ventricular remodeling,along with their potential efficacy in the prevention and treatment,aiming at furnishing pertinent references for clinical diagnosis,treatment,and future investigations.关键词
