督脉论治针刺治疗青少年特发性脊柱侧弯的理论探讨
Theoretical Exploration on the Treatment of Idiopathic Scoliosis in Adolescents with Acupuncture Based on the Treatment of Governor Vessel

Abstract
Adolescent idiopathic scoliosis is a common spinal malformation in clinic.Mild cases can lead to spinal motor dysfunction,and severe cases can lead to heart,lung and other organ lesions,endangering the patient's life safety.At present,there is no specific method for the treatment of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis in modern medicine,and symptomatic treatment is mostly used.With the continuous exploration of Chinese medical theories,traditional Chinese medicine methods can provide new possibilities for the prevention and treatment of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis.Based on the understanding of the Du vessel of traditional Chinese medicine,this paper discusses the pathogenesis of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis,proposes the restoration of"Du vessel Yang"as the core of the treatment of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis,and emphasizes the idea of acupuncture treatment through the whole disease by"dredging Du vessel".Emphasis should be placed on the early prevention of the disease in order to provide theoretical basis for the treatment of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis.关键词
