Abstract
The theory of"Bone Dislocation and Tendon Out of Groove"is a crucial concept in the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal disor-ders in traditional Chinese medicine Orthopedics and traumatology.Ankle sprain,a common sports injury,can result in chronic pain and instability if not properly treated or allowed to heal adequately.In traditional Chinese medicine,it falls under the category of"Bone Dislocation and Tendon Out of Groove",where manual therapy holds unique advantages.Lin's orthopedic manipulation technique combines modern medical knowledge with tra-ditional martial arts skills to swiftly restore the anatomical relationship of the ankle joint through explosive force and precise techniques,yielding sig-nificant results.This paper discusses the application of Lin's orthopedic manipulation technique for treating chronic ankle sprains within the frame-work of"Bone Dislocation and Tendon Out of Groove",analyzing its clinical advantages and value.关键词
