针刺治疗骨质疏松症的临床与机制研究进展
Research Progress on Clinical Application and Mechanisms of Acupuncture Therapy in Osteoporosis
摘要
Abstract
With the aggravation of population aging,osteoporosis has become an urgent problem to be solved.As a non-drug and effective intervention method,the clinical value of acupuncture has attracted much attention.This article reviews the clinical application and mecha-nism of acupuncture in the treatment of osteoporosis,especially postmenopausal osteoporosis.The results showed that acupuncture therapy could significantly improve bone mineral density,relieve bone pain and other clinical symptoms,and reduce the risk of fracture.The mecha-nism may be related to acupuncture regulating related signaling pathways,optimizing bone microstructure,affecting intestinal flora,regulat-ing endocrine hormone levels,anti-oxidative stress and anti-inflammation.However,clinical research and mechanism research should be fur-ther deepened in order to provide a higher level of evidence chain for acupuncture treatment of osteoporosis.关键词
