制造企业数字化转型如何影响创新绩效?
How does digital transformation affect innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises?

Abstract
Innovation is the source of sustained competitive advantage for manufacturing enterprises.Digital transformation has brought opportunities and challenges to manufacturing enterprises'innovation.To solve the innovation dilemma of manufacturing enterprises in the digital environment.Based on digital empowerment and social network theory,this paper explores the mechanism of digital transformation on innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises.Through a questionnaire survey,236 valid data were collected,and software were used for statistical analysis and model validation of the data.Through the analysis of the survey data of 236 manufacturing enterprises,it is found that there is a significant inverted shaped U-relationship between product service digitization and innovation performance;business process digitization has a significant positive impact on innovation performance.Network embedding plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between digital transformation and innovation performance,and the mediating role of network embedding in business process digitalization and innovation performance is stronger than that of product service digitalization and innovation performance.This study notes that both product service digitization and business process digitization of manufacturing enterprises are conducive to improving innovation performance,but the impact of digital transformation on innovation performance exists the problem of"digital paradox",and excessive implementation of product service digitization may reduce innovation performance.At the same time,embedding various external resource networks is an effective transmission path to enhance innovation performance.Manufacturing enterprises should strengthen the learning of digitalization and clarify the path and application scenarios of digital transformation.The effect of digital transformation on innovation performance should be fully released to avoid digital paradox.In the process of digital transformation,external communication and collaboration should be strengthened,and relevant external resource networks should be actively embedded.This study enriches the current research on the impact of digital transformation on innovation performance,and provides scientific basis and practical inspiration for enterprises to implement digital transformation.关键词
