On Major Development and Philosophy Innovation of Industrial Injury Insurance of China
摘要
Abstract
The Social Insurance Law and the new Industrial Injury Regulation marks an important development of the system of industrial injury insurance of China.It expands the application scope of industrial injury insurance,adjusts the range of work-related injury cognizance,simplifies the settlement procedure of industrial injury,increases the expenditure items of industrial injuryinsurance fund,decreases the situation of ceasing to be treated as industrial injury,set up the system of advance payment and recovery of industrial injury insurance fund,overall social planning of industrial injury insurance fund and so on.The development of industrial injury insurance embodied the legislation philosophy of people-centered and labor rights protection.关键词
