缝隙连接蛋白26与肿瘤关系的研究进展
Progress in the study of the relationship between Connexin 26 and tumors
摘要
Abstract
Connexin(Cx)is a transmembrane protein that communicates intercellular information.Changes in its function and expression,such as abnormal expression,subcellular locolization changes,lack of gap junction intercellular communication(GJIC),are often involved in the occurrence and development of various tumors.Connexin 26(Cx26)is an important member of the connexin family and has a complex relationship with cancer.In different tumor tissues,Cx26 plays a tumor suppressor or tumor promoter role in GJIC-dependent or GJIC-independent manner.In addition,Cx26 is a variety of tumor prognostic factors and has great potential as a tumor prognostic marker and anti-tumor therapeutic target.This article reviews the relationship and mechanism between Cx26 and various tumors,aiming to provide some ideas for Cx26 as an intervention target for anti-tumor therapy.关键词
