摘要
Abstract
In recent years,the incidence of thyroid cancer has been rapidly increasing worldwide.As the most common sub-type of thyroid cancer,papillary thyroid carcinoma(PTC)accounts for more than 90% of all thyroid cancers.PTC is characterized by central lymph node metastasis at early stage,and a large number of studies have shown that central lymph node metastasis is closely related to recurrence and prognosis.Therefore,preoperative ultrasound is of great significance for risk assessment of central lymph node metastasis in thyroid cancer.However,the sensitivity of ultrasound in evaluating central cervical lymph node metastasis is low,and it is very easy to miss the diagnosis.With the rapid development of artificial intelligence in the field of ultrasound,many scholars have conducted a lot of studies on improving the diagnostic efficacy of central neck lymph nodes.This paper reviews the research progress of different ultrasonography techniques in evaluating the metastasis of central neck lymph nodes in thyroid cancer.关键词
