Abstract
Objective:To analyze and study the spatial distribution of medical and health resource allocation in Jiangxi Province in 2020,and to provide constructive ideas for further optimizing the fairness and rationality of health resource allocation in Jiangxi Province.Methods:Based on GIS technology,arcgis10.7 software,Global Moran's I and Getis-Ord Gi* to conduct spatial analysis and research on the allocation of public health resources in cities around Jiangxi Province.Results:Nanchang,Pingxiang and other cities in northwest of Jiangxi Province had a higher level of public health resource allocation;Shangrao,Yingtan and other cities in east-central Jiangxi Province had a lower level of public health resource allocation,and overall Nanchang as the centre of agglomeration decreases to the surrounding areas.The number of beds per 1 000 population in Jiangxi Province was 6.32,the number of practicing(assistant)physicians per 1 000 population was 2.32,and the number of registered nurses per 1 000 population was 2.86.The results of global autocorrelation analysis showed that the differences in spatial global correlation among the number of beds per 1 000 population,the number of practicing(assistant)physicians per 1 000 population,and the number of registered nurses per 1 000 population in each prefecture-level city were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The results of the spatial hotspot analysis showed that the hotspot areas were mainly clustered in the northwestern region of Jiangxi Province,and the coldspot areas were concentrated in the southern region.Conclusion:Jiangxi Province should strengthen its support to the cold spots of public health resources,further supporting local medical institutions,training public health personnel,and optimizing the spatial layout of public health in Jiangxi Province.关键词
