Abstract
As a constitutional right,the labor right to rest and leisure has dual characters of the right to freedom and the right to society.To make the labor right to rest and leisure to run concretely,it is necessary to set up and perfect concrete principle or system.A major guarantee of the enjoyment of labor right to rest and leisure lies in the just and effective law enforcement and the national commitments.关键词
