要把国际劳工组织倡议的体面劳动落到实处,需要下大力气关注体面劳动战略在我国企业用工管理中如何落地,以及体面劳动如何与我国国情相结合这两个现实而具体的问题.劳资双方在工作场所形成的用工关系就是劳动关系,劳动关系管理就是对用工关系进行的管理,这种用工管理集中表现为薪酬与绩效两个方面.薪酬和绩效的本质是劳资双方的对等承诺和双向实现,这也是劳动关系管理的核心问题.让广大劳动群众实现体面劳动的关键在于如何构建和谐劳动关系协调机制的薪酬基础.

In order to implement Decent Work initiated by ILO,we should pay great attention to two issues.The first is how to implement the strategies of Decent Work into employment management of Chinese enterprises.The second is how to conform to China's reality and special characteristics.Rewards and performance is the two important aspects of employment management in workplaces.The essence of rewards and performance is equal promises and win-win realization.The key to realize Decent Work is to build up the reward basis of harmonious labor relations.
